I needed a place near the expo center, and this hotel was perfect. the staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and local tips. i appreciated the fast internet. I could video conference easily. the housekeeping kept my room very clean, a big plus for me.
the in-house restaurant was a bit expensive, so i preferred to eat outside.

The hotel is easily accessible by metro. Çobançesme station is a short walk away. water pressure in the shower was great, and the hot water supply was consistent. This made for comfortable mornings. the hotel offers reliable conveniences.

My double room was spacious and well-kept. I liked having ample space to relax. the bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. This was definitely a plus! housekeeping did an excellent job.

the staff were very helpful especially ahmed he gave good advice about nearby restaurants i found him when i needed some help the hotel location was good very close to the expo center my room was spacious it had a comfortable bed. the internet was fast i used it for video conferencing without a problem
the fridge in my room did not work properly it was a minor inconvenience

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ahmed at the reception was particularly attentive. I received an upgrade, which I thought was a nice gesture. The hotel provided good quality amenities and the team ensured my requests were handled efficiently.
The minibar in my room was not working properly. It would have been useful to have a functioning refrigerator.
